Charlie Woods, the 16-year-old son of Tiger Woods, carded his second recorded hole-in-one on Sunday during the final round of the Junior Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass in Florida. The ace came on the par-three third hole from 177 yards, lifting him to one under par for the round.
Woods began his round on the back nine and was level par through 11 holes before sinking the shot from distance. His first hole-in-one came last December at the 2024 PNC Championship, playing alongside his father. That ace used a 7-iron from 176 yards on the fourth hole at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club.
The feat puts Woods on two holes-in-one, slowly closing in on his father's tally of 10. The Junior Players Championship is one of the most prestigious junior tournaments in the United States. Woods has enjoyed a strong season, qualifying for the US Junior Amateur in July and finishing tied for ninth at the Junior PGA Championship earlier this month, though that result meant he missed qualification for the Junior Ryder Cup.
