Joshua Zirkzee is reportedly determined to remain at Manchester United despite ongoing speculation about a summer exit. The striker's camp is said to be unconvinced that the club will sign additional forwards in the upcoming transfer window.
Zirkzee joined United from Bologna in the summer of 2024 under Erik ten Hag but has struggled for regular playing time, making only 20 appearances across all competitions and scoring two goals. This has led to rumours of a potential departure.
According to the Daily Mail, Zirkzee is keen to stay at Old Trafford beyond this summer, confident that he will have more opportunities next season if United qualify for European competition, which appears likely as they sit third in the Premier League.
However, a separate report from Sky Sports suggests United are hoping to raise over £100 million through player sales, with Zirkzee among five players—including Marcus Rashford, Rasmus Hojlund, Manuel Ugarte, and Andre Onana—who could be sold permanently this summer.
