Swansea City can move two points clear at the top of the Championship when they host Norwich City at the Swansea.com Stadium this afternoon. West Ham's draw with QPR last night means the Swans currently lead the league by a single point.

The Swans signed off before the international break with a hard-fought 2-1 win over Lincoln, and boss Vitor Matos will be keen for his side to pick up where they left off.
Norwich arrive looking to halt a run of three straight defeats in all competitions, having managed just one league win on the road so far this season.
How to Follow the Match
