Mbappe's Mother Criticised by PSG Team-mate's Agent Over 'Lack of Respect'

Fayza Lamari, the mother of Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe, has been accused of lacking respect by Alejandro Camano, the agent of PSG defender Achraf Hakimi. Camano hit out after Lamari and Mbappe set up a new agency that reportedly sought to add Hakimi to its client list.

Camano told AS that being the mother of a player is not enough to operate in the football market. 'Fayza Lamari is a business that has nothing other than Kylian Mbappe,' he said. 'Her importance on the market is non-existent, she has no experience, no completed deals, and no penetration into the market.'

Despite the criticism, Mbappe and his mother have other targets, with Lyon's Rayan Cherki reportedly set to become one of their first clients. Meanwhile, Mbappe's own future at PSG remains uncertain as he enters the final year of his contract, with the club eager to sell rather than lose him on a free transfer.

Mbappe has informed PSG he will not trigger a one-year extension, but insists he has not requested a transfer. Real Madrid, who previously bid €200 million for the forward, remain keen suitors. Mbappe said he will decide his future next summer.
