Manchester United will look to claim all three points against Tottenham this weekend as Premier League football resumes after the international break. The Red Devils have had a challenging start to the campaign, sitting 12th after winning just one of their opening five games.
Tottenham's struggles
Tottenham have fared even worse, failing to win any of their matches so far and scoring only twice in total. United head into Saturday's game as favourites, but they will still need to perform well to avoid an embarrassing defeat.
Predicted United lineup
Express Sport takes a look at how United should line up this weekend. Senne Lammens, who did not cover himself in glory against Fulham before the international break, remains United's first-choice goalkeeper and will start against Tottenham.
Diogo Dalot is very hit-and-miss for United but should retain his place on the right side of defence, mainly due to a lack of better options. Harry Maguire has started every Premier League game so far this campaign, and there is no reason to expect that to change against Tottenham.
The other centre-back slot should be filled by Lisandro Martinez, who has offered more than Leny Yoro in the early part of the campaign. Luke Shaw, as the only senior left-back at United this season, will start every game he is fit enough to play in.
