Kevin curled a peach of a goal past Senne Lammens in the 92nd minute to silence the home crowd, but Sesko responded with a sweet pirouette-and-finish that beat Bernd Leno three minutes later. The win was set up by Bruno Fernandes, who created the chance with sensational work down the right, and Amad Diallo, who impressed on the wing.
The result moves Manchester United up to fourth in the Premier League, five points behind third-placed Aston Villa. Fulham drop to eighth after Brentford's win at Villa Park, where Kevin Schade was sent off early in the second half.
Nottingham Forest drew 1-1 with Crystal Palace, with Neco Williams shown a straight red card for handball on the line. Forest are now six points clear of West Ham in 18th place.
