Man Utd fan posts daily snaps until Carrick sacked

A Manchester United fan has vowed to post a photo of her boobs every day "until Michael Carrick is sacked", following the team's heavy defeat to Como.

Fan launches daily protest

After watching her side concede four goals to Como in the Championship League, United supporter Skylar Skye announced her protest on social media. "Day 1 of posting my boobs everyday until Michael Carrick is sacked by Manchester United," she wrote, sharing a photo of herself pulling up her top to reveal a bra covered in love hearts.

Skye has continued the trend, matching her away top with a blue bra on day two and switching to red for day three. Her followers have responded positively to the posts.

Fans back Carrick

Despite the protest, some fans have expressed support for the manager. "I hope he is never sacked," one follower joked, while another wrote: "Long live Carrick! This is the true silver lining!"

A third fan suggested: "Can we get a go fund me started to cover this man's contract for life," and another added: "Is it bad that I no longer want him sacked just for this trend to continue?"

Carrick fights for his job

Carrick remains under pressure after just two victories in his first 11 matches in charge. He has also faced criticism after Bruno Fernandes publicly questioned the tactics, appearing to point the finger at the manager.

During his press conference on Friday afternoon, Carrick launched into a six-minute emotional rant, telling fans the club has "lost its way". In an unusual move, he began with his own statement without taking questions first. The former player turned manager did not shy away from the team's poor recent form but insisted his players needed to step up, noting that the club's legends have always put the team first.
