Man United's Garnacho, Mazraoui, Mainoo Withdraw from International Duty

Manchester United have been dealt a triple injury blow during the international break, with Alejandro Garnacho, Noussair Mazraoui and Kobbie Mainoo all withdrawing from their respective national squads.

Garnacho, 20, pulled out of Argentina's squad for World Cup qualifiers against Venezuela and Bolivia after feeling discomfort in his knee. He has been replaced by Leicester City's Facundo Buonanotte. However, the club expects him to be fit for the Premier League clash against Brentford after the break.

Defender Noussair Mazraoui also withdrew from Morocco's squad after missing the second half of Sunday's 0-0 draw with Aston Villa. Midfielder Kobbie Mainoo has pulled out of England's Nations League matches against Greece and Finland.

Harry Maguire, left out of the England squad by interim boss Lee Carsley, sustained an injury against Villa and was seen leaving the stadium in a protective boot. Luke Shaw and Mason Mount will step up their recovery from injury, while long-term absentees Leny Yoro and Tyrell Malacia remain at Carrington.

Other players staying at United include Casemiro, Antony, Marcus Rashford, and Jonny Evans, who retired from international football in August.
