Alexia Putellas scored her first WSL goal as London City Lionesses beat Brighton. There were goals galore in an entertaining draw between Birmingham City and Crystal Palace, and Tottenham Hotspur’s thumping of Aston Villa brought about the first managerial casualty of the season.
