The FA Cup second-round draw will take place at around 6.45pm on Monday, November 9, before the final first-round tie between Plymouth Parkway and Berkhamstead.
How to watch the draw
The draw will be shown on TNT Sports 1, hosted by Jules Breach, with Karen Carney and Joel Ward making the draw. It will also be live-streamed free of charge on the TNT Sports YouTube channel, and available via the HBO Max app for subscribers.
Second-round dates and replays
The 20 ties are scheduled for the weekend of Saturday, December 5. Around eight games will be broadcast by TNT Sports, with a couple also shown on the BBC.
Under rules introduced in 2024, there are no replays from the first round proper, so ties will go to extra time and penalties if needed.
Third round on the horizon
The second round is the final stage before the third round, when Premier League and Championship clubs enter. The third-round draw will take place towards the end of the second-round weekend.
