Brighton & Hove Albion produced a stunning comeback to beat Liverpool 3-2 in the Women's FA Cup semi-final, with substitute Nadine Noordam scoring a 95th-minute winner to send her side to Wembley for the first time in their history.
Liverpool led 2-0 after just 22 minutes through goals from Denise O'Sullivan and Beata Olsson, but Brighton fought back. Manuela Vanegas pulled one back before half-time, and Madison Haley levelled early in the second half. Deep into stoppage time, Noordam pounced on a loose ball from a free-kick to complete the turnaround.
It is Brighton's third semi-final in six seasons, having lost at this stage in 2021 and 2023. They will face Manchester City in the final on 31 May. Head coach Dario Vidosic said: 'I feel happy for the girls, the fans, the club. It gives us a fantastic chance to be the first team to bring silverware to the club.'
For Liverpool, it was a second consecutive semi-final defeat in stoppage time. Manager Matt Beard warned: 'There are a lot of things we need to improve on at this club, on and off the pitch.'
