Kai Havertz, Declan Rice and Ezri Konsa are all available to start for Arsenal against Leeds on Saturday. Rice withdrew from the England squad during the international break, but the decision was due to load management rather than a fresh injury concern.
Arteta on Rice's fitness
Speaking in the pre-match press conference, Mikel Arteta said: "Yeah, we have to manage him because he's been with a few issues since he came back from the World Cup, and we know the amount of games that he's played in the last three years. So, yes, it was a sensible thing to do, and hopefully tomorrow he's available and some others that as well are in doubt."
Havertz and Konsa included
Havertz picked up a hamstring injury while on Germany duty, while Konsa withdrew from the England camp with a dead leg. Neither were seen in footage of Arsenal's training session on Thursday, but both have been named in the starting lineup.
Christos Tzolis has been ruled out for "a few weeks" with a hamstring problem, while Noni Madueke starts on the left-wing ahead of Eberechi Eze. Viktor Gyokeres is on the bench despite scoring four goals in four matches for Sweden during the international break.
