A new four-part documentary series, 'Four Kings', premieres on Channel 4 tonight, delving into the golden age of British boxing. The series features frank interviews with Chris Eubank, Nigel Benn, Frank Bruno, and Lennox Lewis, who reflect on their careers and rivalries during a pivotal week in 1993 when half a billion people watched them fight for top honours.
The documentary covers both the gory and glorious aspects of the sport, including tongue gashes, detached retinas, and the racism of the era. The four boxers also discuss what their achievements meant to them personally, providing surprisingly heavy moments.
