Influencer Clavicular, the 20-year-old 'looksmaxxer' born Braden Eric Peters, has had his additional YouTube channels removed from the platform following his recent suspected overdose. The controversial figure's original account was taken down six months earlier, and YouTube has now removed his supplementary channels for violating terms of service.
YouTube's Action and Response
A spokesperson for YouTube confirmed to People on Thursday that the platform terminated the creator's original channel in November 2025 and subsequently removed the additional channels. 'We terminated the creator's original channel back in November 2025,' the spokesperson said, adding that the removal was due to 'our terms of service, which prohibit creating new channels after a termination.'
Clavicular reacted to the termination on X, formerly Twitter, writing: 'Very sad news this morning. My YouTube channels @LiveWithClav & @ClavLooksmax were terminated this morning with no warning or explanation.' The New Jersey native claimed the channels were created to 'help empower young men to be the best versions of themselves.'
The Daily Mail has reached out to YouTube for further comment. The original account was removed after YouTube determined some content facilitated access to websites violating policies on illegal or regulated goods or services. Under YouTube rules, creators with terminated accounts are not allowed to start or operate new channels.
Circumvention and Tracking
A source told People that Clavicular 'did a pretty good job of obscuring that he was associated with that channel' regarding one of the additional accounts. YouTube removed the channels for 'circumvention' after linking them to him. 'As soon as YouTube found out the channels existed, they knew that they needed to take those down,' the insider revealed, noting that the platform has been 'tracking' the influencer. YouTube will continue monitoring for any other channels linked to Clavicular that may emerge.
Suspected Overdose and Hospitalization
Last Wednesday, Clavicular disclosed he was back home after being rushed to the hospital following a suspected overdose during an unsettling livestream that abruptly ended on Tuesday night. He claimed his situation was so severe that he was placed on a 'life support mask.' He posted a selfie on X showing visible red markings on his face. Clavicular, who has previously stated he has autism, admitted using substances to feel 'neurotypical' in public, which led to the incident. He wrote: 'Just got home, that was brutal. All of the substances are just a cope trying to feel neurotypical while being in public, but obviously that isn't a real solution. The worst part of tonight was my face descending from the life support mask.'
A CPR mask, also known as a 'pocket mask' or 'face shield,' is critical for responding to drug overdoses, as the CPR Care Association notes: 'Certain overdoses can slow or stop breathing. Rescue breaths given with a mouth-to-mask device can keep oxygen flowing until medical help arrives. This can be done without the risks of direct contact.' Earlier in the night, the influencer was seen on a livestream slurring his speech and holding his head as colleagues attempted to assist him. Police radio chatter indicated a call at around 8:45pm ET on Tuesday night reporting a 20-year-old man overdosing on South Miami Avenue in Miami. After returning home, Clavicular reportedly refused to see his father Kenneth Peters, who flew from New Jersey to Florida to stage an intervention. TMZ first reported the possible overdose and hospitalization.
Livestream Incident
During the stream on Kick, Clavicular and two others sat at a booth in a club. A friend asked, 'How f***ed up are you?' Clavicular laughed and uttered unintelligible phrases before a glass of water was placed in front of him. He then slumped over. His friend, another 'looksmaxxer' named Androgenic, asked him if he wanted an Addy (Adderall) three times before Clavicular slumped over on the table, and the livestream cut out. Videos circulated on social media appeared to show a limp Clavicular being carried to an ambulance. Early Wednesday morning, reporter Taylor Lorenz was told he was in stable condition but still unconscious after a seizure.
Background and Controversies
Clavicular is known for 'looksmaxxing' content, urging young men to improve their looks through extreme methods like facial 'bone smashing,' which he claims makes bones heal stronger after breaking. He also advocates steroid use, admitting testosterone use since age 14. He believes attractiveness is crucial for men's success, especially with women. This philosophy overlaps with incel (involuntary celibate) beliefs, though Clavicular has distanced himself from that group. In a 60 Minutes Australia interview, he stated: 'I'm not linked to that group in any way. Looksmaxxing is self-improvement, right? So it's about potentially ascending out of that category and disassociate from being an incel and overcome that.'
He has been associated with controversial figures like Andrew Tate, who faces human trafficking investigations, and white nationalist commentator Nick Fuentes. In January, Clavicular was spotted at a nightclub in Miami with Tate and Fuentes. When asked about this in the interview, he immediately disengaged and walked off. On March 26, Clavicular was arrested near Fort Lauderdale on a misdemeanor assault charge, reportedly connected to an altercation involving his girlfriend Violet and influencer Jenny Popach during a Kick livestream. The arrest followed a video of him unloading a gun on a dead alligator, though that was not related to the charge.
