A harrowing true crime documentary has left viewers horrified as it uncovers the chilling details of a murder case. Murder In Shetland: Trial by Jury, now available on Channel 5, follows the killing of Claire Leveque, a 24-year-old Canadian woman found dead at a remote Shetland home on 11 February 2024.

Emergency services discovered Claire with serious injuries in a hot tub at a property in the Sandness area. Despite their efforts, she was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The documentary delves into the subsequent murder trial and offers a poignant perspective from her grieving family.
