New Epstein Files Allege Andrew Mountbatten Windsor in 2006 Threesome with Dancer

As Andrew Mountbatten Windsor vacates Royal Lodge early under the cover of darkness, yet more allegations have emerged, this time involving an alleged 'threesome' with Jeffrey Epstein and an exotic dancer. A dancer claims she was treated "like a prostitute" by Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and Jeffrey Epstein at a party with girls who looked "as young as 14-years-old".

Alleged Incident Details from Released Documents

Speaking through her lawyer, the unnamed woman claimed this incident occurred in 2006, after she was chauffeured to a party at Epstein's now notorious Palm Beach home. As per these allegations, unearthed as yet more Epstein files come to light, the woman was hired as a dancer by the disgraced financier, but ended up allegedly being "treated like a prostitute".

In a letter dated March 23, 2011, which was among the three million documents released by the US Department of Justice last week, the lawyer describes how the dancer was at one point directed to an "upstairs bedroom". It was then that she was allegedly introduced to Andrew, then Prince Andrew, Duke of York, who has reportedly been kicked out of Royal Lodge earlier than planned amid startling new claims.

Lawyer's Account of the Alleged Encounter

Attorney William K Vogeler, who penned the letter, claimed that his client had "danced for the men", stripping down to her "bra and panties", and claimed Epstein and Andrew had then asked for sex. Mr Vogeler then claimed she had been "prevailed upon" to "engage in various sex acts" during this alleged encounter after refusing their request.

According to Mr Vogeler: "At his home, Mr Epstein introduced my client to his guest Prince Andrew. My client then danced for the men, undressing until she was wearing only a bra and panties. Mr Epstein and Prince Andrew then told my client they wanted to have a threesome. She said she was hired to dance, not to have sex. Mr Epstein said they would pay her later for dancing, and they prevailed upon her to engage in various sex acts. After the men had satisfied themselves they invted (sic) my client to take a trip with them to the Virgin Islands. She declined their invitation."

Additional Claims and Financial Details

According to Mr Vogeler, his client also allegedly observed several other provocatively dressed women at the party, some of whom she claimed appeared to be as "young as 14-years-old". He added that, while the woman had been chauffeured back to her strip club, she was only ever paid a $2,000 (£1,458) share of the $10,000 (£7,300) sum that was originally "promised".

In the letter, Mr Vogeler asserted that his client was willing to pursue a claim "in the public courts if necessary", which would amount to "breach of an oral contract, quantum meruit and various torts". The lawyer added that, for the sum of a quarter of a million dollars, she would agree to "keep confidential" these alleged interactions, as long as she received payment within a nine-day period.

Context and Other Allegations Against Andrew

He continued: "My client has not pursued her claims against your client until this time because she is not proud of the circumstances of that night. She was working as an exotic dancer, but she was treated like a prostitute. To avoid unseemly publicity, my client has asked me to keep her name confidential for purposes of settlement. However, she is prepared to asset (sic) her rights in the public courts if necessary."

The documents did not make clear whether the claim was ever settled, but Andrew has always maintained he was not involved in any wrongdoing while associated with Epstein. This isn't the only group sex allegation that has been made against Andrew. In her posthumous memoir, Nobody's Girl, which was published back in October, Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre alleged that she participated in "an orgy" with Prince Andrew and "eight other girls" while pregnant, after which she lost the baby.

Recent Developments and Police Review

According to Giuffre, who died in April last year, the alleged incident occurred on Epstein's Caribbean island, Little St James, aka "Little St. Jeff's", and the other girls involved didn't speak any English. Giuffre wrote that she was "not in great shape" following the alleged orgy and that she woke up in a "pool of blood." She claimed none of the men she was trafficked to used a condom, although there is no evidence to suggest Andrew had fathered her unborn child.

This comes as it's emerged that police are reviewing fresh allegations that Epstein sent a woman to have sex with Andrew at Royal Lodge. Last night, the former Duke of York reportedly left the Windsor mansion under a cover of darkness, heading off for his new life in Sandringham. Thames Valley Police stated that it was "aware of reports about a woman said to have been taken to an address in Windsor in 2010 for sexual purposes" adding that it was "assessing the information in line with our established procedures".
