Caroline Stanbury has divided fans after sharing a before and after glimpse of her facelift on social media last week. The 50-year-old Real Housewives Of Dubai star, who has also been open about her Ozempic weight loss journey, posted a clip on Instagram showing herself from three years earlier before transitioning to the present.
Facelift Procedure and Reactions
The television personality underwent her facelift in November 2023, performed by Dr. Steve S. Kim at SK Plastic Surgery in Beverly Hills. Her husband, Sergio Carrallo, 31, had previously shared a tearful video capturing moments immediately after the procedure. In the recent clip, Stanbury is seen smiling in a light blue dress with feathery details, with the text: 'This is me 3 years ago before my facelift at 47...' The video then cuts to her with a broader grin while dressed up for a night out. She added: 'I'm now 50 and look 20 years younger.' Stanbury captioned the post: 'Best decision ever.'

Social media users offered differing opinions on the cosmetic surgery. One fan wrote: 'The haters will say it's AI. YOU'RE GORGEOUS MY FRIEND! Looking 30, and they can stay mad!' Reasons Behind the Surgery
Stanbury explained that she opted for a facelift because she could no longer rely solely on fillers. 'They are great when you are young, but you get to a certain point and can't go further,' she told The Sun in 2024. 'I should have dissolved them after a period of time, then started over again, because after a while, your face starts to look incredibly round.' She insisted the surgery had nothing to do with her husband or their 19-year age gap. Responding to a fan on Instagram Stories who questioned her confidence, she said: 'Again this had zero to do with @sergiocarrallo he begged me not to do it! I don't worry about my relationship with him one minute of one day!'
Ozempic Weight Loss Journey
Stanbury has also been candid about using Ozempic, a GLP-1 medication, for weight loss. She told Daily Mail Australia in 2024 that she took it after two rounds of IVF at age 44-45, which caused her to gain 18 pounds. 'Your whole metabolism has closed down. I'm not lazy by any means and I couldn't lose it. I looked like I ate Sergio! I had fat in places I'd never seen in my entire life,' she said. She emphasized that the goal was to return to her previous weight, not to become thinner.
