Adam Thomas has become embroiled in a third campmate feud on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! after previous clashes with David Haye and Jimmy Bullard. Former football manager Harry Redknapp was seen taking a swipe at the Emmerdale star during Thursday night's episode.
Breakfast Challenge Sparks Tension
In the episode aired on Thursday evening, campmates were tasked with catching eggs from a fake hen for their breakfast. Adam managed to catch two eggs at once and proudly declared: 'I caught two eggs at one time, some people might call me the eggspert.' However, Harry, 79, appeared unimpressed and later mocked Adam in the Bush Telegraph, saying: 'Adam could have caught one in his mouth. He could have opened his gob and caught one, couldn't he? Adam.'
Fans quickly noticed the tension and took to X, formerly Twitter, to comment. One wrote: 'Hmmmm feeling Harry is not a fan of Adam… prefers sportsmen maybe,' while another added: 'Was that a snarky comment from Harry about Adam catching an egg in his mouth?' Others chimed in: 'Harry really doesn't like Adam' and 'Gone right off Harry, him saying 'Adam could've caught one of the eggs in his mouth' seemed loaded.'
Previous Feuds
Adam, 37, has already had two notable clashes in the jungle. He had a fractious relationship with former boxer David Haye, which led to accusations of bullying. David was seen making derogatory comments about Adam, calling him 'useless' and a 'chihuahua.' Adam broke down in tears, revealing he sought therapy after the experience. He also clashed with ex-footballer Jimmy Bullard during a trial, angrily shouting at him after Jimmy quit the challenge, which nearly cost Adam his place in the competition.
Emotional Family Message
During Thursday's episode, Adam became emotional when campmates received voice notes from home. He struggled to control his tears as he listened to messages from his family, saying: 'There's magic in it.' The emotional moment came amid the ongoing fallout from his feud with David Haye.
I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! continues with the live final on Friday night at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
