Jane Seymour, 75, Stuns in Pink Bikini, Reveals Diet and Fitness Secrets
Jane Seymour, 75, Stuns in Bikini, Shares Diet and Fitness Tips

Jane Seymour recently stated that 'the 70s are the new 50s,' and her latest Instagram post certainly supports that claim. The James Bond star, now 75, appears virtually unchanged from a quarter-century ago in a new photo shared this week.

A Timeless Figure

The actress, known for her role in Live and Let Die, showcased a slender and youthful physique while wearing a low-cut pink bathing suit in the backyard of her Malibu mansion. Her waist was notably trim, and her arms and legs appeared toned as she posed beside her swimming pool.

'Only five weeks until summer, and already nature seems to be quietly preparing for it,' the British star wrote in her caption.

Dietary Habits

In a recent interview with the Daily Mail, Seymour disclosed that she consumes only one substantial meal per day, supplemented by occasional snacks. This approach helps her maintain a size four figure. She skips breakfast, opting instead for a single cup of coffee, and focuses on a hearty lunch.

'At lunch time I have a full meal because then I can really enjoy it,' she explained. 'I love fish and vegetables, and grow many greens in my back yard which I love to use.'

Her afternoon snacks include pistachios, cold vegetables like cucumbers and celery, and hummus. 'I do love nuts,' she said. 'I am a savory person, I like the salt.'

A Lifetime of Healthy Living

The Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman actress has embraced a healthy lifestyle for decades. 'Being healthy just feels good, it keeps me going, it gives me energy,' said Seymour, who serves as the spokesperson for Body Firm Youthful Essence Antioxidant Wellness-Beauty Blend.

She does not adhere to a strict diet and avoids drugs like Ozempic. 'People ask me if I have a cheat day with my diet and I respond that I am never on a diet, I just make good choices and stick with them,' she told DailyMail.com. 'If you think you are on a diet, you will lose track, you will cheat. But if you find healthy foods you really love, that make you feel good, you never feel shorted.'

Exercise Routine

Seymour stays active with light weightlifting and Pilates. 'You have to keep moving!' she emphasized. Last month, she shared that exercise is one of her favorite habits: 'Movement is one of those things for me. Even 20 minutes a day can make such a difference physically and mentally.'

She added, 'It doesn't have to be perfect or intense. Studies have shown that even small, consistent movement can boost your mood and energy more than doing too much all at once. I'm trying to focus on showing up, not overdoing it.'

Skincare and Fashion

She uses Crepe Erase daily to maintain her skin's glow, explaining that 'exfoliating first then adding the cream' is crucial. This treatment is designed to hydrate and improve skin elasticity, featuring peptides and moisturizers. 'Nobody thinks of the skin beneath their neck,' she noted. 'They're so obsessed with getting rid of a wrinkle or a line on their face that they forget the dead giveaway to age is basically your neck, your décolletage, your arms … the dry skin on your shins and your feet.'

Seymour also runs a chic scarf line. On Friday, she promoted a new design on Instagram: 'The Quinn Legacy scarf is finally available online and I'm so excited to share it with all of you. This one feels especially meaningful to me, and I know so many Dr. Quinn fans have been waiting for it. And as a little Memorial Day weekend treat, all scarves are 20% off with code MEMORIAL through May 26 at midnight. I have a feeling this one may go quickly… explore the collection now at janeseymour.com.'
