Reality television personality Callum Hole has publicly detailed the demanding training schedule that maintains his famously sculpted physique. The 27-year-old, who found fame on Love Island Australia in 2022, explained to Daily Mail how he balances his rigorous fitness commitments with his vibrant social life and podcasting career.
The Non-Negotiable Fitness Regimen
Callum trains five days every week, treating his workout sessions as an immovable part of his daily routine. He follows a push, pull, legs split programme, incorporating conditioning work to maintain peak physical performance. The genetically blessed star emphasised his commitment to tracking progress, stating he loses interest if he's not seeing continuous improvement.
'I'm up early most days,' Callum revealed. 'I like to get moving before the world wakes up. I train five days a week, usually following a push, pull, legs split with a bit of conditioning thrown in. I'm big on tracking my sessions. If I'm not improving, I'm not interested.'
His fitness philosophy extends beyond the gym walls. Callum maintains an active lifestyle through walking, swimming, and constant movement, describing fitness as a non-negotiable component of his daily existence rather than merely an activity.
Mental Motion X: More Than Just Another Fitness Programme
The reality star is preparing to launch his innovative fitness programme, Mental Motion X, which he promises stands apart from the recycled influencer workouts dominating social media platforms. 'Mental Motion X isn't just a cookie-cutter workout plan, it's the system I actually use,' Callum explained.
He highlighted the programme's user-friendly design, noting that every component is structured to eliminate overthinking. Participants simply follow the plan and maintain consistency. The programme is intentionally inclusive, created to accommodate individuals at any fitness level.
Affordability was a crucial consideration in the project's development. 'I've also made it super affordable... I don't want money to be the reason someone can't start,' Callum stated. 'Cut down on three coffees a month and that'll cover a full monthly subscription - there's really no excuse not to invest in yourself.'
Sustainable Habits and Professional Requirements
When questioned about maintaining his lean physique throughout the year, Callum attributed his success to discipline rather than extreme measures. He tracks his food intake, ensures high protein consumption, and remains active outside formal training sessions.
'I don't do extreme cuts; I'd rather stay in shape all year through small, sustainable habits,' he commented. The television personality also acknowledged that his career demands constant camera-readiness, as modelling assignments or television appearances can materialise unexpectedly.
Callum dismissed the concept of relying on motivation, instead emphasising the power of discipline. 'Motivation comes and goes, but discipline keeps you going,' he noted. 'My rule is simple: do something. Even if it's just a walk or a light session, you'll never regret moving.'
His nutritional approach prioritises simplicity and repetition. Breakfast typically features eggs, oats, or other high-protein options, while lunch and dinner consist of lean meats, rice or potatoes, and abundant vegetables. 'I'm big on easy, repeatable meals,' he admitted, though he confesses to occasionally indulging in burgers or substantial meals after lengthy shoots.
For Callum, training transcends physical transformation. 'Training has always been therapy for me. It's where I clear my head and reset. Fitness gave me structure when life felt chaotic, and it's where I've built a lot of my confidence,' he shared.
Despite his reputation as someone who enjoys nightlife, Callum has established a system that permits social enjoyment without compromising his fitness objectives. 'Balance. I enjoy my nights out, that's part of who I am, but I know when to switch on. I'll train the next morning, track my food, and get back on routine straight away,' he explained.
This balanced approach resonates with his followers. 'I think that's what people relate to. I'm not pretending to be perfect, I just stay consistent no matter what.'
Fans can anticipate seeing more of Callum Hole as he returns to Channel Nine, appearing alongside co-star Mitchell Hibberd in the forthcoming season of Travel Guides.
