Gogglebox's Amy Tapper Shows Off Eight-Stone Weight Loss With Mounjaro

Former Gogglebox star Amy Tapper, 26, has revealed an eight-stone weight loss, sharing a photo on social media showing her transformation. She has gone from a size 26 to a size 18, attributing the change to the weight-loss drug Mounjaro and regular exercise.

Tapper posted a picture of herself smiling in spring sunshine, wearing a white shirt and dark blue jeans. The caption read: “Anyone else been in an extremely good mood today?” The post received an outpouring of positive comments, with fans calling her “amazing”.

Speaking to MailOnline, Tapper said she was prescribed Mounjaro after considering gastric bypass surgery. She told The Sun she started using the jabs in June 2024 after years of struggling with traditional weight-loss methods. “I’m fitting into size 18 clothes for the first time since I was 15 or 16 – it’s hard for me to believe,” she said. “It’s changed my life.”

Tapper, who now takes a 15mg weekly dose, first celebrated losing six stone in April last year, posting a tearful video. She continues to document her journey online, sharing gym workouts and boxing sessions. In July, she showed the difference a year made by wearing the same dress three sizes smaller.

The reality star left Gogglebox in 2018 and has since appeared on Celebs Go Dating. She is known for promoting body positivity and has been praised for her honesty about the emotional side of weight loss.
