Sun-Kissed Reveal in Dubai

The Welsh model and reality TV star, 42, took to Instagram on Saturday, 8 November, to post a video compilation of her holiday. She showcased her new figure in a vibrant orange and blue striped bikini, accessorised with sunglasses, captioning the post "It's good to be back".

The following day, Thomas treated her followers to more images, including one where she donned a striking white snake-print bikini while pouring champagne. Another video featured the star confidently strutting towards the camera, highlighting her post-surgery physique.

The Best Decision: Implant Removal

In her posts, Imogen didn't shy away from discussing the procedure, enthusiastically telling her followers that getting her implants removed was the "best decision" she had made.

She expressed gratitude to her surgeon, Dr. Salih Onurbasat, and urged other women considering the procedure to "just go for it", adding that her only regret was not having it done sooner.

Before the operation, which she flew to Istanbul, Turkey, to undergo, Thomas had consulted her social media fans. She debated whether to go completely natural after the explant or to also have a breast uplift surgery, ultimately opting for the latter.

A Change in Perspective and Family Hopes

Imogen revealed to The Mirror that her breasts had begun to feel "really big" for her frame, especially after losing weight, prompting her decision to seek out what she described as "the best surgeon in Istanbul".

In a candid admission about the financial aspect of her procedures, Thomas disclosed that she typically doesn't pay for surgeries. Instead, she engages in 'collaborations' with surgeons, promoting their work on her social media platforms in exchange for the operations.

Despite her own choices, the reality star stated she would not want her daughters to follow in her footsteps. "I really don't want them to. I'd do everything to avoid it, because I know they would regret it," she said.

Imogen Thomas first found fame after winning Miss Wales in 2003 before rising to national prominence on the seventh series of Big Brother in 2006. Her series averaged 4.7 million viewers, making it the third most-watched in the show's history. She was eventually voted out on Day 86, finishing in seventh place.
