Former Big Brother contestant Imogen Thomas has proudly showcased the results of her recent breast reduction surgery during a luxurious holiday in Dubai. The 42-year-old reality star, who underwent the procedure in September, shared sun-soaked snaps of herself wearing a skimpy snake-print bikini.
A Confident New Look in Dubai
Imogen looked sensational as she topped up her tan by the rooftop pool at the exclusive Cloud 22 venue. She accessorised her tiny two-piece with designer sunglasses and gold jewellery, confidently flaunting her jaw-dropping figure and her smaller chest. The star captioned her Instagram post, 'When I was on a cloud #cloud22', enjoying the stunning views of the United Arab Emirates.
The Decision for a Reduction
This visual update comes after Imogen openly shared her surgical journey with fans. Ahead of the operation, she revealed she had been toying with different options: either removing her implants for larger ones or going for a more natural uplift. She left the final decision to her followers in an online poll the day before surgery, with the majority voting for a reduction.
Imogen previously had her breasts augmented from a 34C to a 34E. However, she later explained that after losing weight, her breasts felt 'too big' and were causing her lower back pain, especially during her reformer Pilates sessions. In September, she flew to Istanbul for the procedure, stating she had found 'the best surgeon' there.
A Smooth Recovery and Supportive Fans
Following the surgery, Imogen posted a health update, thanking her surgeon, Dr. Salih Onurbasat, for making her feel at ease. She shared footage from the day, which showed her preparing for the clinic, the doctor marking her breasts pre-operation, and finally giving a thumbs-up to the camera while wearing significant bandages.
Fans flooded the comments with supportive messages, wishing her a speedy recovery. One wrote, 'Good for you doing what makes you happy. Glad all well, take it easy,' while others expressed relief that the procedure had gone smoothly.
It's notable that Imogen has admitted in past interviews that she does not pay for her surgeries financially. Instead, she offers surgeons 'collaborations' on her social media platforms in exchange for the procedures.
This was not the star's first experience with breast surgery. A previous operation in 2017 left her 'petrified and in tears' with anxiety about undergoing anaesthetic, fearing the worst for her children's sake.
