Lisa Hogan Gives Update on Jeremy Clarkson's Cancer Battle

Lisa Hogan, the girlfriend of Jeremy Clarkson, has shared an update on the star after he revealed his prostate cancer diagnosis on the latest season of Clarkson's Farm. The announcement came in the final episodes of series five, which Jeremy warned fans would be a "very, very difficult watch."

Lisa's Social Media Post

Taking to Instagram, Lisa posted a picture of Jeremy sitting in a wicker chair in the garden, holding a camera, with the caption: "Back at the farm…" She also shared a post from Prostate Cancer UK, writing: "Thank you for all the support today @prostatecanceruk."

Jeremy's Diagnosis on the Show

In the emotional scenes, Jeremy told his co-stars Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland: "I've got cancer. Where it is, is of no concern to anybody. I've known since May [2025]." He described the cancer as "aggressive" but caught "really early," explaining that a biopsy confirmed the diagnosis after a medical check-up. Kaleb broke down in tears upon hearing the news.

Later in the series, Jeremy underwent a procedure to remove 10% of his prostate via ultrasound. He faced complications during surgery and was seen in hospital at the end of the programme, saying: "We started season five with me in a hospital bed and here we are at the end of season five and I'm back in a hospital bed. What I wanted to say was if this is all successful, I'll see you for season six, and if it isn't, I won't."

Waiting for Results

Jeremy confirmed he is awaiting test results to determine if the treatment has been successful, leaving fans anxious for his recovery.
