Kourtney shares her two-year-old son Rocky with her husband, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, 50. The couple married in 2022 and have since blended their families, which includes Kourtney's three children from her previous relationship with Scott Disick—Mason, 15, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 10—as well as Travis's children, Landon, 22, Alabama, 19, and his stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 26.

The Thanksgiving post comes shortly after Kourtney openly discussed a very personal aspect of her life as a mother. Earlier this month, during Women's Wear Daily's Beauty Inc awards event in New York City, Kourtney admitted she still breastfeeds her two-year-old son, Rocky.
She was participating in a panel titled 'Lemme Lead: Redefining Wellness & Access' where she promoted her vitamin brand alongside co-founder Simon Huck. The topic of breastfeeding arose as she explained how she maintains her energy levels as a busy parent. 'How do I get my energy? Honestly, I have no idea. I wonder that. I do no alcohol. I'm breastfeeding,' she shared candidly.
When Simon Huck, 42, noted that she was 'a matcha girl before,' Kourtney elaborated on her choices, stating, 'I cannot wait to have matcha again. It's a choice. I technically could have it, I think, while breastfeeding, but it's just become a choice.' This revelation provides further insight into the lifestyle and wellness commitments the reality star makes for her family.
