Pete Davidson & Elsie Hewitt Welcome Baby Girl, Model Reveals Post-Birth Tooth Drama
Elsie Hewitt's Post-Birth Wisdom Tooth Removal After Baby's Arrival

Comedian Pete Davidson and his girlfriend, model Elsie Hewitt, have announced the joyous arrival of their first child, a baby girl. The new parents shared the happy news on Thursday, alongside a surprisingly candid health update from the 29-year-old model.

A Joyful Arrival and an Unexpected Hospital Return

The couple's daughter, named Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson, was born on 12th December 2025. Hewitt announced the birth to her 1.1 million Instagram followers, calling the baby their "perfect angel girl" and writing, "My best work yet, I am absolutely overflowing with love and gratitude and disbelief." Davidson added his own touch of humour to the announcement, simply stating, "Wu Tang Forever."

However, the new mother's postpartum experience took an unexpected turn. Shortly after the birth, Hewitt revealed via Instagram Stories that she had to undergo a wisdom tooth extraction directly from the hospital the very next day. She shared photos of her bandaged and swollen jaw, asking her followers, "Who else had to get a wisdom tooth removed directly from hospital the day after they gave birth?"

A Romance Blossoming Into a Family

The couple's relationship has moved quickly since news of their romance first emerged in March of this year. They made their red carpet debut in May at the 13th Annual Blossom Ball. By July, Hewitt was sharing a sonogram photo, jokingly captioning it, "Welp, now everyone knows we had sex."

Insiders previously described the British model to Page Six as a "non-celebrity" who is unlike "anybody else he's ever dated," noting that she "respects Pete and his desire for privacy." This privacy has been a point of consideration for Davidson, who expressed guilt earlier this year about the spotlight his fame would bring to Hewitt's pregnancy.

Navigating Fame and Family Life

While appearing on The Breakfast Club radio show in August, Davidson admitted he initially "felt bad" that his girlfriend's pregnancy would become public fodder. "I feel bad for my girl because I bring a lot of s***," he said. "Anything I do or she does now is gonna be a thing."

He emphasised that Hewitt, a private person, was "the one doing all the work" and that pregnancy is "supposed to be a beautiful experience." The actor clarified that Hewitt had never complained, but he felt "guilty and horrible" that he could not offer her the more private pregnancy experience he believed she deserved.

Despite the challenges of public scrutiny and a post-birth dental emergency, the couple are now focused on their newborn. Images shared by Hewitt show the new mother in a pale pink hoodie with her baby safely secured in a car seat beside her, marking the beginning of their journey as a family of three.
