Rumer Willis has revealed that her father, Bruce Willis, has become more “tender” following his diagnosis with frontotemporal dementia. In a recent interview with The Inside Edit, the 37-year-old actress shared heartfelt insights into the changes she has observed in the legendary actor.
A Newfound Tenderness
“I’m so grateful I get to go see him,” Rumer said. “Even though it’s different now, I’m so grateful.” She elaborated on the transformation, noting, “There’s a sweetness. He’s always been this kind of macho dude and there’s like a — fragile is not the right word but — just a tenderness that maybe being Bruce Willis might not have allowed him in a certain way.”
