OnlyFans Model Dodges Jail After Selling Jaguar Cub to Online Acquaintance
OnlyFans model dodges jail for jaguar cub sale

A former OnlyFans model has avoided prison after being convicted of selling a jaguar cub to a man she met online, in a case that has raised eyebrows among wildlife protection advocates.

The woman, identified as 22-year-old Lorenza Paulina, was handed a suspended sentence after admitting to illegally trading the exotic animal. The cub, which was just weeks old at the time of the sale, was discovered by authorities during a raid on the buyer's property.

Details of the Case

Paulina, who previously worked as an adult content creator, advertised the jaguar cub for sale on social media. The buyer, a man she had never met in person, agreed to pay £5,000 for the animal. The transaction took place in a car park, where the cub was handed over in a duffel bag.

Wildlife experts have condemned the sale, stressing that jaguars are protected under international law. The cub, now in the care of a specialist sanctuary, is said to be recovering but may face long-term health issues due to improper care.

Outcry Over Lenient Sentence

Despite the seriousness of the offence, Paulina received a suspended 12-month sentence and was ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work. Critics argue the punishment fails to reflect the gravity of wildlife crime.

"This sends entirely the wrong message," said a spokesperson for the Born Free Foundation. "Wildlife trafficking is a serious offence that threatens endangered species worldwide."

The case has reignited calls for tougher penalties for those involved in the illegal exotic pet trade in the UK.
