Major incident declared in Suffolk
As the show approached its final hour, Kate opened: 'A major incident has been declared and people warned to stay away from a huge wildfire,' reports the Mirror. 'Around 90 firefighters are working to tackle the large and complex, they say, fire in Suffolk.'
She added: 'It comes as half of England and Wales are now officially in drought.'

Charlotte Hawkins then delivered the breaking news: 'In breaking news this morning, homes have been evacuated, and public are being told to stay away as emergency services continue to tackle a wildfire in Suffolk. Elsewhere the dry weather has taken a toll on water supplies, drought has been declared across half of England.'
Adil Ray's return to GMB
Kate was presenting alongside Adil, who recently announced his return to the show after a break. The actor and comedian shared on Instagram: 'Some news! Yes I have not been on in a while but glad to be on a little over the coming weeks… Being one of the only (if not the only) Muslims to host a major news show in mainstream peak daytime.' He said he would appear on upcoming Thursdays through July and August.
