Now one gentleman has received widespread online praise for his extraordinarily generous act of kindness which caused a woman to nearly break down in tears.
Landscaper Mark Marshall's Generosity
Landscaper Mark Marshall regularly showcases his stunning transformations to 1.6 million followers on TikTok. Recently, he nearly made a homeowner feel emotional after revealing his handiwork which he poured tremendous effort into.
The footage opens with a countdown from three, where a woman is led into her garden with her eyes shut. Moments later, she opens them and gasps: "Omg."
The clip then reveals the astonishing transformation, where "hero" Mark provides the entire service completely free of charge.
It captures the team commencing their project by excavating the ground and stripping away the woman's existing lawn before turning their focus to the shed situated at the rear of the property.
Further excavation follows before a white membrane covers the whole garden, with gravel and cement subsequently laid. The team begins constructing brick borders around the space, alongside installing a concrete base.
A timber structure is positioned at the garden's far end before receiving a black paint finish. Planting is introduced to one section of the outdoor area, while fairy lights are suspended from the pergola, which was constructed entirely from the ground up.
Finally, the finishing touches commence. The turf is laid while batteries are installed in the lighting before the furniture is positioned carefully into place.
The concluding shot reveals the stunning garden space featuring a beautiful lawn and luxurious seating area.
Viral Reaction
Since being posted, the video has accumulated 94,000 likes and approaching 1,100 comments. One remarked: "This is unbelievable." While another added: "I love the stone, well done."
A third commented: "The transformation is unbelievable! Well done guys! It took us ages to save up and have our garden revamped, cost us thousands, the bloke worked hard and did an OK job."
Sadly within a few years, the flags are loose and all the points are breaking up, not good and becoming a bit of a trip hazard.
