Final Episode: The Original Beef of Chicagoland
The series finale, titled The Original Beef of Chicagoland, follows the days after the hectic service. It opens with Sugar informing Richie about an invitation to an international hospitality seminar in Japan. Richie, nervous about flying for the first time, receives reassurance from Carmy and departs with Jess, finally holding hands after building chemistry since his time at Ever.
Grill chef Ebra pitches his plan to franchise The Beef sandwich window, which generates most of the restaurant's revenue. Despite his nerves, Carmy approves without the full presentation. Ebra then calls Albert to share their intentions. Marcus and Luca make amends after Luca announces his return to Copenhagen, and Tina prepares to step into her role as Sydney's chef de cuisine.
Two Michelin Stars and Carmy's Departure
Sydney is astonished to learn the restaurant has been awarded two Michelin stars from a service two weeks earlier. Both she and Carmy are speechless, but they share an emotional embrace. Meanwhile, Carmy reveals he is leaving the kitchen. With encouragement from Cousin Stevie, he attends an interview for an internship at an architectural firm, telling Sue about his difficult final shift: "If I had been in charge - if I had been the head chef - I would have made it worse."
Birthday Celebration and Reconciliation
Richie brings his daughter Eva to the restaurant, where the Berzatto family gathers for a birthday celebration. Claire appears to have reconciled with Carmy, alongside Richie's ex Tiffany, her husband Frank, and Uncle Lee. After Richie and Jess's moving moment aboard the flight to Japan, Carmy sits in his office one last time. He sends a final text to his late brother Mikey: "All good."
