Olivia Culpo Reveals Luxury LA Mansion & Colette's First Christmas
Olivia Culpo's Festive Tour of $14.5m LA Mansion

Model and reality star Olivia Culpo has given her fans an early festive treat, offering a rare glimpse inside the multi-million-pound Los Angeles estate she shares with her husband, NFL star Christian McCaffrey, and their baby daughter.

A Festive First for Baby Colette

The 33-year-old took to Instagram on Monday, sharing a series of heartwarming snaps with their daughter, Colette Annalise McCaffrey, whom the couple welcomed earlier this summer. The images capture the family embracing the holiday spirit in their spectacular new home, which they purchased in September for a reported $14.5 million (£11.6m).

Having already taken Colette to watch her father play for the San Francisco 49ers in person back in September, the couple has now gone all out for their daughter's first Christmas. Their six-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in the exclusive Fryman Canyon area of Studio City is lavishly decorated, with Culpo's Instagram carousel showcasing a beautifully adorned tree and a cozy, festive living room.

The Mansion's Star-Studded Legacy

The property itself boasts a remarkable Hollywood pedigree. The sprawling 7,000 sq ft estate sits on 3.1 acres and includes a main house, multiple guest houses, a tennis court, and a pool. Its history is steeped in celebrity:

  • It was originally owned by Fleetwood Mac icon Stevie Nicks.
  • George Clooney purchased it from her in 1995 for $2.2 million (£1.76m).
  • Clooney owned the home for nearly three decades, hosting legendary parties and later raising his twins there with wife Amal, who described it as their private oasis.

After the Clooneys sold the property, it became the new family base for Culpo and McCaffrey, marking the latest chapter in its storied existence.

From Instagram Likes to a Family Home

The couple's own love story reads like a modern fairy tale. Romance rumours first sparked in May 2019 when McCaffrey, now 29, liked one of Culpo's Instagram posts. By that autumn, they were vacationing together in Mexico and had made their relationship official on social media.

Olivia revealed she was initially apprehensive about meeting the Stanford alumnus, set up by mutual friends. "I was worried it would be the same old story," she admitted in a past anniversary post. However, when McCaffrey arrived on their first date in distressed denim and with a bouquet of roses, she knew he was different.

The pair got engaged in April 2023 and tied the knot in a chapel in Rhode Island on June 29, 2024. Now, their luxurious Fryman Canyon mansion, filled with Christmas cheer and their young daughter, stands as a testament to the life they've built together since that first cautious date.
