Emmerdale spoilers: Wedding chaos and death next week

All the scheming, plotting and manipulation comes to a head in Emmerdale next week. The day of Dawn Taylor and Joe Tate's wedding finally arrives, meaning her escape with Billy Fletcher is imminent, and Caleb Miligan can barely wait to gloat to Joe of the chaos he has created in an effort to destroy his life. But will he get the chance when things go horrifically wrong?

Jimmy King is utterly wounded to realise how badly Caleb and his Machiavellian wife, Ruby Miligan, have duped him. With his end fast approaching, will he go out a broken man?

Elsewhere, it becomes abundantly clear that D.I Ramsden is driven by something much darker than she is letting on, and Gabby Thomas looks guilty. A soap wedding means abject chaos, and that is exactly what is in store in Emmerdale next week.

As Graham Foster swallows his concerns and promises Joe the day will go off without a hitch, Dawn panics that Kim Tate's return will scupper her plan. When Graham tricks Lucas into confessing all about the escape plan, he confronts Dawn, reasoning that Joe cannot have been behind the attack on Billy. Confused and desperate, she knocks Graham out and flees.

Caleb basks in the glee of having destroyed Joe's life and hands Billy a wad of cash to take, though Billy privately bristles at being a pawn in Caleb's game. Despite Ruby's warnings to keep control, Caleb cannot help antagonise Joe, and when his wedding invitation is rescinded, he decides to blow the secret that Dawn is about to abandon him.

With Jimmy betrayed and hurt by Caleb and Ruby's scheme, Caleb's conscience is pricked and he tries to sweeten the cruel deal they have landed with him. Though Bob Hope tries his best to lift Jimmy, it is clear there is much more to the situation.
