Courtney Stodden underwent a septoplasty procedure in September to address long-standing breathing difficulties while opting for minor cosmetic enhancements to her nose during the same operation. The 31-year-old star confirmed to Daily Mail in late October that she feels "very happy" with the outcome, describing the decision as "the best" she's made given her improved breathing capacity.
The surgery was performed by Dr. Gary Motykie, a board-certified plastic surgeon specialising in rhinoplasty and facial rejuvenation procedures. Stodden emphasised that the cosmetic changes were minimal, characterising them as "small refinements" rather than dramatic alterations to her appearance.

Stodden chose to display her new look while wearing a striking patriotic bikini featuring a scarlet red triangle top and red-white-and-blue briefs. The photographs were taken in the hot tub overlooking her swimming pool at her Calabasas, California residence.
