Artificial intelligence has unveiled startling images showing what Kim Kardashian might have looked like at age 45 if she had never undergone any cosmetic procedures.

Computer-generated images have dramatically revealed what the SKIMS founder would appear like today had she maintained a completely natural approach to aging. The AI technology analysed photos of the brunette beauty from her younger years and predicted how she would look at 45 without any interventions.
The results show a remarkably different appearance compared to her current famously sculpted look. This comes after years of fan speculation about how the 45-year-old maintains her youthful appearance and ageless complexion.
Kim's Stance on Cosmetic Procedures
Kim Kardashian has long insisted she never underwent plastic surgery or went under the knife, though she has been transparent about using Botox on multiple occasions. Back in 2010, she told ABC's Nightline: 'I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done.'
Despite ongoing speculation about a nose job, she denied this in 2010, stating: 'I've never had my nose done. What's funny is about my nose, it's my biggest insecurity. I always wanted a nose job, but people think I did - and that makes me so happy.'
In response to rumours about buttock-enhancing surgery, she famously underwent an on-air scan during Keeping Up With the Kardashians to demonstrate there were no implants involved.

By 2022, Kim told Allure magazine she had 'chilled' with her Botox usage, emphasising that there was 'nothing worse' than going 'too far' with cosmetic enhancements. She stated: 'A little bit of Botox... but I've chilled, actually. I'm 41. I always want to look appropriate. There does come a point when you've taken it too far - overfilled, too tight, too much cosmetic work. There's nothing worse.'
During that same interview, she denied having any filler or implants: 'No filler. I've never had eyelash extensions. I've never done anything. I've never filled my cheeks. I've never filled my lips.'
Instead, Kim attributes her appearance to skincare, laser treatments and occasional injectables. She has been open about using non-invasive procedures including the Morpheus8 laser, which combines microneedling with radiofrequency to tighten skin.
In 2022, she posted about having this treatment on her stomach, calling it a 'game changer' while noting 'It's painful but worth it.'
She has also admitted to trying the so-called 'vampire facial' - a platelet-rich plasma treatment involving blood being drawn and re-injected into the skin - but later expressed regret: 'It was really rough and painful... it's the one treatment that I'll never do again.'
