HBO Max has officially announced the breathtaking filming locations for the highly anticipated fourth season of its acclaimed anthology series, The White Lotus. Production will take place across the iconic French Riviera, with principal photography scheduled in the glamorous towns of Cannes, St. Tropez, and Monaco.

Scenic Backdrop and Festival Setting

While some scenes will be captured in Paris, the narrative will predominantly unfold along the picturesque Côte d'Azur. The season's storyline is set to coincide with the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, specifically during the 79th edition running from May 12 to May 23. This festival backdrop promises a star-studded atmosphere, featuring films from renowned directors such as Pedro Almodóvar, Asghar Farhadi, and Andrea Arnold.

Luxury Hotels Transformed

The production will utilise several opulent hotels, which have been designated as fictional White Lotus properties. The Airelles Château de la Messardière will serve as the White Lotus du Cap, while the Hôtel Martinez will be transformed into the White Lotus Cannes. These venues are expected to provide the lavish setting characteristic of the series.
