Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC One tonight (Saturday, October 10) at 6.15pm for the third live show of the 2026 series. The remaining 14 couples will perform in a bid to impress the judges and the voting public, with the show running for 2 hours and 20 minutes until 8.35pm.
Movie Week elimination
Last weekend's Movie Week ended with Chris Appleton and Amy Dowden becoming the first couple eliminated this year. All four judges - Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke, and Craig Revel Horwood - chose to save Jaime Winstone and Carlos Gu in the dance-off.
This week's group dance will see two teams of Strictly professionals go head-to-head in a Ballroom vs Latin battle. Anton Du Beke will lead team Ballroom, while Shirley Ballas heads up team Latin, with Craig Revel Horwood and Neil Jones refereeing.
Results show and dance-off
The results show airs at 7.10pm on Sunday, October 11, lasting 50 minutes. The real dance-off will follow the professional battle, ending with another couple leaving the competition.
Viewers can then watch Strictly: Lights Up on BBC iPlayer, where Tyler West and Abi Clarke interview the eliminated pair moments after their exit.
