Strictly Come Dancing fans have voiced concerns that Graeme Hall could be the next contestant eliminated after his Halloween Week routine left them nervous. The Channel 5 star opened Saturday night's show (October 31) with a zombie-themed Samba to the track Coconut alongside professional partner Lauren Oakley.
The remaining 11 contestants performed in front of judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Shirley Ballas and Anton Du Beke. Graeme's performance drew immediate reactions from viewers on X, with many worried about his chances in the competition.
Fans React to Graeme's Performance
One viewer remarked: "What have they done to this song?! Such a weird dance. Bit worried for Graeme." Another questioned: "Are Graeme's shoes hindering him??!!" Someone else observed, "Not Graeme's best; I'm nervous."
Another viewer stated: "This has got to be Graeme's weakest dance in the competition so far, wasn't really my cup of tea." One suggested: "Surely the Dogfather needs to face a dance-off." As someone else admitted: "Sorry Graeme but I don't think this was your dance #strictly."
Judge Scores and Leaderboard
Following the routine, judge Shirley Ballas remarked: "You're very brave to open the show with a zombie Samba; that's all I'm going to say, so I'll give you that. Nice criteria when it comes to mixing the basic steps." Craig Revel Horwood noted: "I would've liked to have seen a bit more fluidity in the bounce. The footwork was a little bit sticky at times. It needs finessing. But, I have to say, every time we watch you, you come out here, and you go for it."
Craig awarded a score of six, Motsi a seven, Shirley a five and Anton a seven, handing Graeme a combined score of 25. This positioned him at the foot of the leaderboard, alongside Tabby Stoecker. At the opposite end, Lacey and Vito lead with a score of 36 for their Charleston.
Results Show Awaits
