Arsenal star Bukayo Saka and his stunning fiancée Tolami Benson cemented their status as football's new power couple on Wednesday evening as they graced the red carpet at the premiere of his upcoming Disney+ documentary, Bukayo Saka: The Time Is Now.

Premiere in New York City

Fresh from Sunday's victory parade through north London, marking Arsenal's first Premier League title in 22 years, the 24-year-old footballer flew to New York City to unveil the film. Model and influencer Tolami, who recently launched her own collaboration with River Island, looked breathtaking in a plunging black dress adorned with dazzling jewels.

Bukayo, who proposed to Tolami in November after five years together, complemented her in a sleek black leather shirt. The couple's appearance underscored their growing prominence both on and off the pitch.

Emotional Month for Saka

Last month was an emotional time for Bukayo and his team. While they celebrated their Premier League victory, they faced disappointment after losing the Champions League final to Paris Saint-Germain on Saturday. Tolami, known for her pitchside style, showcased her fashion flair at the premiere, wearing a plunging dress with a cinched waist and folded detail. Her partner proved his fashion credentials with his trendy leather look.

Tolami has become famous for her game-day outfits, often paying homage to Saka and his team. Last month, she marked the Premier League win by sharing a photo of the couple at the stadium with the caption: 'Us against the world.'

Documentary Details

The documentary arrives less than two weeks after the team's win and loss, and ahead of the 2026 World Cup, where Bukayo is expected to play a prominent role for England. Directed by Emmy winner Robert Alexander, the film was announced by his sponsor WhatsApp and produced in partnership with Modern Arts. It will be released on Disney+ and air on Fox in the United States.

According to Variety, the documentary brings together two generations of Arsenal greats as Saka joins club legend Thierry Henry for an unguarded look at performing at the highest level. They reflect on pressure, resilience, and the joy that drew them to the game, with the conversation returning to Saka's childhood home in Ealing. The film also reveals Saka's private support system, including a WhatsApp message from Henry that shifted his perspective after the Euro 2020 final, where the 19-year-old missed a crucial penalty.

Speaking about the documentary, Bukayo said: 'This film has given me the chance to tell my story in a way I never have before. People see the goals and the matches, but they don't see what it takes behind the scenes, and part of that is my support system, the WhatsApp messages from the people who were there long before any of this who have believed in me every step of the way.'
