Kelvin Fletcher's farm is located in the village of Wincle, Cheshire, close to Macclesfield on the edge of the Peak District. The former Emmerdale star and his wife Liz moved onto 120 acres of farmland in 2021 and have documented their life there in the ITV series Fletchers' Family Farm.
Life on the Farm
The couple share four children: daughter Marnie, son Milo, and twin boys Maximus and Mateusz. The documentary series first aired in October 2023 and attracted millions of viewers as the family navigated their new life on the farm.
Kelvin and Liz have spoken highly about their experience, and the programme was nominated at this year's National Television Awards. Speaking to the ECHO on the red carpet, Kelvin said: "It's great to be here, obviously we're nominated but first and foremost it's good to be here off the farm and dolled up. We've just finished filming season five and the response has been amazing so far, which is something we never expected really."
Liz added: "We always feel a little overdressed when we're not in our wellies. But it's nice to get dressed up and be together on a night out."
Visiting the Farm
The farm is not open daily to visitors as it is a private farm. However, the Fletchers often host open days where fans can visit. In the past, they have opened the site for special events, including the Fletchers' Maize Maze and Christmas-themed open days. They regularly post about upcoming events on their website.
Holiday Cottage
Alongside managing the farm, the Fletchers converted an old barn into a holiday let. The renovated Stag Cottage has become popular since the show aired. Liz has previously said the success had "gone above and beyond our expectations." She told viewers: "Since we put the cottage up for rent as a holiday let, it has just gone crazy. We put it online for about two days, and the year literally sold out."
It is a three-bedroom cottage with views of the Peak District. The property has scored a "perfect score" award with limited availability for the rest of this year. Dates are available in summer, autumn, and winter for 2027. Fletchers' Family Farm airs Sundays on ITV1 and ITVX.
