Joe Swash says "everything's changed" in his and wife Stacey Solomon's life as their BBC reality show returns for a third series. The new episodes, filmed ahead of the couple's move to a new home, will air on 10 November.

The couple, who share three children together and three from previous relationships, first invited viewers into their family home, Pickle Cottage, on the BBC One show Stacey and Joe, which aired in 2025. The series offers a glimpse into everyday family life at their Essex home, where the couple navigate the demands of parenting alongside caring for their ducks and two dogs.
In the new series, the action extends beyond the cottage gates as Joe takes the leap towards realising a long-held dream of opening his own fishing lake and glamping site.
Emotional moments in the trailer
A new trailer features Joe, 44, declaring: "Everything's changed!" as he sits alongside Stacey, 37, on a sofa, before launching into an update on his lake. In another part of the teaser, Stacey looks slightly emotional as she admits: "We are happy, we're good, we are just getting through it!"
The comment came after she appeared to address speculation about the couple's relationship, which led to Stacey taking a social media break earlier this year. "I've been to places I'd never expect to see photographers," Stacey admits. After Stacey was spotted while out and about, Joe jokingly comments, "Please tell me you had your wedding ring on," before Stacey smiles and says: "Yeah, I did," and they share a hug.
