GB News Host Halts Show After Fiery Clash with Guest

GB News presenter Nana Akua was forced to halt her live broadcast after a blazing row erupted with political commentator Andy Twelves. The pair had a fiery confrontation, during which the guest raged that Nana had "lost control" of the discussion panel which included former Conservative MP Esther McVey and fellow GB News presenter Will Kingston.

Host Interrupted as Guest Launches Tirade

Tensions escalated when Nana pointed out: "I'm hosting the show," to which he fired back: "Are you? I don't think viewers would've caught that from your performance there, your poor hosting skills, you lost control of the panel."

When the broadcaster retorted: "Have you quite finished?" the commentator simply replied: "No," which caused the 55-year-old to fold her arms and say: "Alright, what else have you got to say? Go on."

Viewers React on Social Media

Andy's outburst continued: "You probably want to wrap up the show," as Nana proposed: "Let's hear it. What else have you got to say? Let's get it all out now, so when you've managed to purge yourself of what it is you have against me and once you've done that, we can get on with the show."

As the contributor's cutting comments kept coming, GB News viewers flocked to social media to share their outrage. One declared: "[...] His attack on Nana Akua was about as unhinged as it gets. Take the fool off the air." Another raged: "What an immature, rude, arrogant, vile, nasty leftie @andytwelves is, I really don't know how @Nanaakua1 kept her cool. Nana is a true professional, whilst Twelves is a spoiled brat."

Calls for Ofcom Intervention

A third added: "Belittling the woman hosting a show you've been invited onto is a poor look, @andytwelves." Another viewer complained to the UK's broadcasting regulator, questioning: "Is nobody at @Ofcom going to sort this? Because f****** hell."

Someone else pointed out: "Nana was standing in for Patrick Christys. I doubt he would have said that to him. Disgusting man."
