Emmerdale: Sadie Caught Out as Caleb Cheats in Shock Twist

Sadie King (Patsy Kensit) has finally been caught out in Emmerdale, but not before her scheming drives Caleb Miligan (William Ash) to cheat on wife Ruby (Beth Cordingly) in a shocking twist.

Sadie, who returned to the village after two decades, has been spinning lies to destroy Caleb and Ruby after Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) made her an offer she couldn't refuse. Her plan involved manipulating Ruby into drinking too much, making Caleb believe she's an alcoholic, while simultaneously convincing Ruby that Caleb's efforts to stop her drinking are controlling and abusive.

Sadie's Scheme Unravels

In Tuesday's episode, Sadie escalated her plan by switching Ruby's non-alcoholic drinks with alcoholic ones, leading to Ruby dancing drunkenly with Ross Barton (Michael Parr). Sadie then manipulated Caleb into thinking Ruby had left the pub with Ross, prompting him to decide to end things with his wife.

However, when Ruby returns home to Mill Cottage, Caleb confronts her, and Ruby insists she did not sleep with Ross. Mortified, she seeks out Sadie for answers about her lies, and Sadie is forced to cover her tracks, claiming she was only looking out for Ruby.

Caleb's Betrayal Revealed

The bigger twist is that, while believing Ruby had strayed, Caleb cheated on his wife with Sadie. The fallout is set to be explosive when Ruby discovers the truth.

Elsewhere, Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) reveals to Charity (Emma Atkins) that Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) is trying to poach him for The Hide. After brainstorming with Robert and learning of the potential salary, Marlon and Mary Goskirk (Louise Jameson) hand in their notice, prompting Charity to throw Robert and Aaron out of the pub.

Emmerdale airs these scenes Tuesday November 3 at 8pm on ITV1, or streams from 7am on ITVX or YouTube.
