Supermodel Bella Hadid, 29, was accompanied by her mother Yolanda Hadid, 62, a former star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, at the Chopard Miracle Gala during the Cannes Film Festival on Monday evening.
Bella turned heads in a stunning gold sequinned gown that hugged her figure, featuring a plunging neckline and an elegant train. She complemented the look with a bronzed makeup palette and a large diamond necklace.
Yolanda, who appeared on the Bravo reality series from 2012 to 2016, exuded chic sophistication in a red shirt dress with a daring neckline, also accessorised with dazzling diamond jewellery.
Yolanda and her ex-husband Mohamed Hadid, 77, are parents to Bella, as well as models Gigi, 31, and Anwar, 26. The couple separated in 2000 after seven years of marriage.
Earlier in the day, Bella was seen carrying a brown handbag featuring a Book of Answers by Carol Holt on a chain. This interactive divination book, first published in 1999, has recently gained popularity on TikTok.
Over the weekend, Bella took a break from the festival to enjoy a luxury yacht day, wearing a pink bikini that showcased her figure. She was seen jumping off the yacht for a swim and later showering off the salt water.
That evening, Bella made the red carpet a family affair by bringing her brother Anwar as her date. Anwar, who has kept a low profile recently, focuses on his band HowVanish and his leather accessories brand Obsidien.
In an interview with Wonderland Magazine, Anwar spoke about his sisters' support for his career shift from modelling to music. "They trust my timing and support me. The people who love me know I pursued music to pave my own path," he said.
Bella has been recovering after a health scare related to her long battle with chronic neurological Lyme disease, which she, Yolanda, and Anwar contracted in 2012 and 2013. Yolanda shared a heartfelt Instagram post praising Bella's resilience: "You are relentless and courageous. No child is supposed to suffer in their body with an incurable chronic disease."
Other celebrities at the gala included Demi Moore, who wore a dramatic tulle skirt with a tailored blazer, Dita Von Teese in a sequinned dress and feathered headpiece, and Olivia Palermo in a flowing pink gown. Annabelle Wallis showcased her baby bump, while Sofia Carson wore a silver fringed mini dress. French singer and former first lady Carla Bruni opted for an all-black ensemble.
