Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly will host a special I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! episode titled I'm A Celebrity: How To Survive The Jungle, set to air on ITV1 and ITVX on Sunday, November 15 at 6pm, just days before the 2026 series launch.
The one-off programme will see the Geordie duo present hints and tongue-in-cheek tips designed to help celebrities cope with jungle and camp life, as well as their campmates' annoying habits. The special will also revisit some of the most memorable moments from the show's history, drawing on a quarter of a century of terrifying trials and camp chaos.
Rumoured Contestants Spotted at Airports
ITV has not yet officially confirmed the celebrity lineup, but rumoured contestants Wayne Rooney and Sharky have been spotted at airports. Former footballer Wayne, whose wife Coleen appeared on the show two years ago, was joined by his manager Paul Stretford on Sunday, November 8, as he flew out of Manchester Airport to Australia via Singapore.
Content creator Sharky, real name Sharmarke Mohamud, was seen at Heathrow Airport in London wearing a puffer jacket and tracksuit bottoms as he prepared to board his flight. ITV is said to have been keen to sign Sharky, a member of the social media group Beta Squad, following last year's success with 24-year-old internet gamer AngryGinge, real name Morgan Burtwistle, who won the series.
Lineup and Jungle Experience
Wayne and Sharky are expected to be joined by Chloe Burrows, Joanna Page, Ade Adepitan, Claire Sweeney, Ricky Wilson, AJ Odudu, Leigh Francis, Mariella Frostrup, Leomie Anderson, and Jack Skipper. The show is expected to run for approximately three weeks, culminating in a live final in early December where Ant and Dec will announce the new King or Queen of the Jungle.
Insiders say the campmates are the most "jungle ready" in the show's history. Paralympian Ade spent four weeks trekking 220 miles through the Nicaraguan jungle in a customised wheelchair, while Loose Women star Mariella has hiked in the foothills of Mount Everest and explored remote parts of South America.
Sharky has already taken part in a 24-hour survival challenge in the Australian wilderness, while model Leomie experienced life in the Costa Rican jungle during Netflix's Celebrity Bear Hunt. Big Brother presenter AJ has experience of roughing it outdoors, having spent time in the freezing Chilean Andes during Channel 4's Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
