Netflix has released the trailer for the second half of Emily in Paris season four, teasing a journey to Rome and the introduction of new characters. The clip shows Emily (Lily Collins) alongside Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) and Camille (Camille Razat) in snowy France, whilst Sylvie (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu) meets new American recruit Genevieve (Thalia Besson) at Savoir.
Tensions rise between Emily and Gabriel as Camille has yet to reveal she is not pregnant with her ex-fiancé. Meanwhile, Marcello (Eugenio Franceschini) may become more than a business contact for Emily after travelling to Paris to "explore some business opportunities."
JVMA hopes to acquire Marcello's employer, and Sylvie is keen to arrange a meeting via Emily, which requires Emily to travel to Rome. Mindy (Ashley Park), still preparing for Eurovision and dealing with the aftermath of Nicolas's (Paul Forman) discovery about his father's work history, encourages Emily to be spontaneous. Sylvie also approves of Emily mixing business with pleasure.
At the end of the trailer, Marcello asks Emily which city she prefers: Paris or Rome. Returning cast members include Samuel Arnold, Bruno Gouery, William Abadie, and Lucien Laviscount. The series is created by Darren Star, with the second part arriving on Netflix on September 12.
