The 2026/27 Premier League season will commence on Friday, August 21, with all 20 clubs in action over the opening weekend until Monday, August 24. Reigning champions Arsenal kick off the campaign at home against Championship winners Coventry City at 8pm on Friday. Newly-promoted Hull City face Manchester City on Saturday, while Newcastle United host Liverpool in a Sunday evening clash.

TV Coverage
Sky Sports will broadcast 215 live Premier League matches this season, including six opening-weekend fixtures: Arsenal vs Coventry, Manchester City vs Bournemouth, Newcastle vs Liverpool, and others.
