Halloween weekend has arrived, and Samsung TV Plus is offering a line-up of seven iconic horrors to stream, from cult classics to supernatural favourites. The full Halloween line-up is available this October on the platform with no subscription required.
What's on the Halloween Line-up
The Blair Witch Project, a psychological horror released in 1999, follows three young students as they hike into the mountains to investigate a local myth. The film has been hailed as one of the most successful independent movies of all time.
The entire Twilight Saga is available to stream, a franchise that has grossed over $3.36 billion worldwide, with each movie positively received by fans of the original books.
Supernatural Favourites and More
Insidious, a modern supernatural horror favourite, follows a family caught up in increasingly disturbing supernatural events who are forced to confront mysterious forces threatening their son. The film is described as tense, unnerving and packed with jump scares.
Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe leads The Woman in Black, playing a lawyer who travels to a remote village where a mysterious house is harbouring a dark secret. The gothic film is suited for those who love a jump scare on a dark October night.
The full Resident Evil marathon is available to binge, with films full of zombies, survival and serious action. Up until November 1, Sony One Action Hits is running a full Resident Evil marathon, bringing the action-horror franchise to the small screen.
Chris Gregory, Head of Content Development at Samsung TV Plus EMEA, said: "Halloween is a moment when audiences return to much-loved favourites while also looking for something new to discover. This October, we're bringing together cult horror, major franchises, supernatural favourites and dedicated paranormal channels, giving viewers even more choice on Samsung TV Plus throughout Halloween season."
