Vernon Kay has reportedly bought a new home near the family property in Buckinghamshire he previously shared with Tess Daly, following the couple's separation earlier this year.
The TV presenter, 52, is said to be having renovations done on the new property before moving out, with his estranged wife supporting him through the move.
Staying Close to Daughters
According to reports, Kay is keen to remain close to the former Strictly Come Dancing host, 57, and their daughters Phoebe, 21, and Amber, 17.
A source told The Sun: 'Vernon has now bought a place close to the family home in Buckinghamshire.
'It means he can stay close to their girls, which is something important to both him and Tess. He's having renovations done and will move out when the house is ready. Tess is supporting him with the move.
'It's going to be very strange for them after living together for over two decades, so they're both treating the situation with care and respect.'
New Property Details
The new property, which is under renovation, is said to include a swimming pool and sprawling garden.
The couple's former family home, which they regularly showcased to fans, included a gym, a large conservatory, and was home to Tess's Shetland ponies, Honey and Willow.
Marriage History
The couple met in 2001 while working on rival channels, with Kay hosting Channel 4's T4 and Daly presenting SMTV on ITV.
Kay proposed on Christmas Day in 2002 at Daly's parents' home, and they married the following year at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Horwich, near Bolton. Their first daughter, Phoebe, was born in 2004, and Amber arrived in 2009.
Earlier this year, the couple announced their separation in a joint social media statement, saying: 'After much consideration, and with a deep sense of care and respect for one another, we have made the decision to separate amicably.'
They added: 'We remain great friends and most importantly, fully committed to our roles as loving and supportive parents, which will always be our priority.'
