Royal Variety Performance 2025 Line-Up Announced

The world's longest-running entertainment show is preparing for another spectacular evening, as the Royal Variety Performance 2025 gets ready to dazzle at London's prestigious Royal Albert Hall.

A Glittering Night for a Cause

This year's event, the 113th edition of the iconic show, takes place on Wednesday, November 19. The Prince and Princess of Wales will be in attendance, adding royal prestige to an evening that supports the Royal Variety Charity. This vital organisation provides care and assistance to professionals from the entertainment industry who have fallen on hard times.

Since its inception in 1912 under the patronage of King George V and Queen Mary, the performance has grown into a global phenomenon, now reaching a staggering 152 million television viewers worldwide.

The Star-Studded 2025 Line-Up

The musical Les Misérables promises to be a breathtaking highlight, with a cast of 400 performers marking the show's 40th anniversary. The ensemble will include stars like Michael Ball, Matt Lucas, and Killian Donnelly, uniting West End and Paris casts with amateur companies from across the UK.

Music lovers are in for a treat with performances from Jessie J, who will deliver a poignant song from her upcoming album, and the long-awaited Royal Variety debut of Brit-pop legends Madness. They will be joined by Grammy Award-winning artist Laufey.

Audiences will also get an exclusive first look at Paddington The Musical, introduced by composer Tom Fletcher, and a special performance from the Live Aid musical, 'Just For One Day', presented by Sir Bob Geldof and Midge Ure.

Comedy, Magic, and Canine Capers

The evening will feature a diverse range of acts. Stephen Fry will make a guest appearance, fresh from his West End success, while comedy will be provided by Tom Davis and Mick Miller, alongside the impressionists from BBC's 'Dead Ringers'.

Britain's Got Talent winner Harry Moulding will perform a magic illusion, and America's Got Talent champions, Adrian Stoica and his border collie Hurricane, will make their British debut with a specially choreographed routine. Further theatrical flair will come from Johannes Radebe, presenting an extract from 'Kinky Boots'.

How to Watch the Spectacle

For the second time, comedian Jason Manford will take on hosting duties, having previously presented the 2020 show. While the live event is on November 19, viewers at home can catch the broadcast on ITV, with the exact transmission date and time to be confirmed shortly.

A limited number of tickets, including box seats and after-show options, are still available for those wishing to experience this historic charity gala in person.
